Duty Roster for Pack Assignments, 2007-2008

What are each of these "duties"?
We need help from each of the dens to make a well-rounded program, so we share the wealth and have each den help out at pack nights in some way throughout the year, and also help in particular items outside of pack night. We're not just asking the Den Leaders to do these jobs, but the parents and other scouts as well.

Pack Night Setup:	Show up early (between 6:15 and 6:30 at the absolute latest) and help get the Legion Hall set up for pack night
Pack Night Clean Up:	Stick around after Pack Night and make sure that everything is put away and cleaned up.
Pack Night Flags:	This is the chance for the den to participate in either the opening or the closing ceremony for the flags. Please coordinate with your partner den to see exactly how you want to handle this.
Pack Night Skits:	The den gets to perform one skit for the evening. Practice it ahead of time - and if you need help picking one out, call the Markwells. Also - make sure you contact any other dens that might be doing skits that night so you don't duplicate.
Pack Night Run On:	The den gets to perform one (or two) VERY SHORT run-on (quick 15 second joke) for the evening. Practice it ahead of time - and if you need help picking one out, call the Markwells. Service Project:	Each month, our pack should be performing a service project (a Good Turn). Coordinate some type of project: cleaning the Legion, donating clothing to charity, Park Pride cleanup - some way that our pack can help serve the greater community. This can be in conjunction with a pack outing, a pack night, or completely separate.
Outing:	Each month our pack does one or two Pack Outings. These are opportunities to get out together for field trip type activities. Have an idea? SHARE IT! We also try to make sure that some of the outings are less expensive. Remember - some parents have 2 or 3 kids in the pack. It also helps if the pack outings welcome siblings.
Round Table:	Round Table is a District Meeting held once each month. Typically, the Committee Chair and the Cubmaster Team attend, but just in case they can't we need to make sure that someone from our pack attends and gets any information that they can from District regarding up-coming events. The location and date of the Round Tables are still to be determined for the 2007-2008 year.
